We want you to love your Peppermayo finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Credit or Exchange
Select whether you would like a store credit to shop later or a direct exchange for a different size or color of the same style.
Pack and Post
Securely pack your items and print the provided shipping label to drop off your package at any authorized postal location.
Processing and Credit
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
